Work Packages
WP1: Project Management
Lead Beneficiary: SIOUX
Duration: M1 – M36
Objectives
WP1 aims to is to ensure the timely and high-quality achievement of project results, through effective consortium leadership. SIOUX provides timely and efficient financial management of the project and ensures compliance with contractual commitments and quality control standards.
WP2: Manufacturing Requirements & Reference Framework
Lead Beneficiary: AMS-AT
Duration: M1-M30
Objectives
WP2 will define the methodology and technical requirements for the TREASURY reference framework. This includes the specification, development and integration of project building blocks, semiconductor manufacturing applications and the lab and fab scale demonstrators. SIOUX will work closely with technical project partners to respond to evolving project requirements.
WP3: Building Block Development
Lead Beneficiary: TUE
Duration: M3-M30
Objectives
WP3 includes the development of hardware and software components, as well as modules and tools, that comprise the TREASURY building blocks. TUE will ensure partners work towards the integration and realization of the six application areas, and identify synergies in building blocks that might be applicable across multiple applications.
WP4: Building Block Integration & Application Development
Lead Beneficiary: ELISA
Duration: M7-M32
Objectives
WP4 addresses the adaptation and integration of building blocks across six real-life semiconductor manufacturing applications: (i) virtual metrology, (ii) quality control, (iii) real-time yield optimization, (iv) workforce AI-augmentation, (v) dynamic production planning, and (vi) equipment innovation and productivity. ELISA will also work with partners to ensure compatibility, continuous integration, iterative updates, and lab or virtual testing – using the TREASURY reference framework – prior to the demonstrations of WP5.
WP5: Demonstration & Validation
Lead Beneficiary: X-FAB
Duration: M13-M36
Objectives
WP5 aims to demonstrate and iteratively validate TREASURY building blocks across WP4 application areas, in operational environments or test facilities. For each application, X-FAB and project partners will ensure test planning, preparatory activities, demo setups, test execution and validation, the actual demonstrations, and finally analysis and evaluation of the demo outcomes.
WP6: Communications, Dissemination, Exploitation & Standardisation
Lead Beneficiary: ITML
Duration: M1-M36
Objectives
ITML will work with partners to ensure a transparent and successful communication, dissemination and exploitation for the project results. WP6 includes effective communication of results to industry, media, the scientific community and the general public, the development of exploitation plans, IPR, and innovation management for the project’s results, as well as standardisation activities.
